charming stay
radio amenity comfortable bed tea selection
the room offered a radio that was already on. i found tea, coffee, and a generous supply of both. toiletries from bramley were available in the bathroom. the bed was large and comfortable.
i noticed the food prices seemed high for the dishes served. the dim lighting in the central area and the proximity of the tables contributed to an uncomfortable feeling.

The room had air conditioning. there were personalized bags prepared for the hairdryer, spare adapters, and slippers. These were nice additions. the room was quiet and nicely designed.

room heat faulty shower
the room got very warm. there was also a lot of noise outside late into the night , made it hard to sleep. i woke up feeling really tired before a long drive home. also, the overhead shower did not work at all!!!

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Amenities
amazing bed perfect bathtub lovely products
The bed was amazing. I slept soundly like a baby. The bathtub offered a perfect space for pampering and complete relaxation. I found complimentary shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, bath bubbles, and hand cream for use . Breakfast was amazing and the staff were happy and polite on my arrival.
My room had a small issue. The shower caps were not provided, made washing a bit challenging without hair products.

The hotel provides easy access to the waterfront and is situated in a lovely location. I found interesting shops on the same street and enjoyed that the harbor and promenade were just a few minutes walk away.

The hotel offers gluten-free options for dining, which I found really good. There is a variety of artwork on display throughout the hotel. It's a really cool hotel. I also enjoyed the restaurant on-site.

The staff are warm and friendly, always delivering quality service. I felt very welcome and the staff took great care of me. They were happy and polite upon my arrival. They were friendly and helpful.

The rooms verge on the luxurious and have everything that you could need. The room was clean and stylish. I was upgraded to a beautiful big room. It was a joy. The decor was great.

helpful staff coffee machine plush linens
the staff was helpful. i needed a coffee machine in the morning and i got it. the bed and linens was plush. the pub was across the road, named turks head.

the room decor was stylish. the equipment was nice too. the staff was very attentive to my needs.
the food prices seemed a little high for what it was. the building's mid section was quite dark. i felt a little uncomfortable because the tables were very close together.

some issues with my stay
broken air conditioning missed housekeeping
the bed was comfortable enough, it was a comfy double room bath.
the room was quite small, it felt cramped even for one person. the air conditioning didn't work at all, made the room stuffy. the hotel didn't clean my room on the second day despite me asking them too.
